MODELS: If you are interested in working with me please fill out my model 'application'. I really need the essentials: name, email address, phone number, what type of shots you do, whether or not you're comfortable doing nudes (since a lot of my work involves them), where you're located and when you plan on being in the Jacksonville area, and a link back to your online portfolio. If I don't have this, I'll assume you're not serious enough about working with me. It's that simple.
